My Story
Tristan Sundsted, Owner/Contractor
After almost three decades dedicated to law enforcement, I'm trading my duty belt for a tool belt. During my career in law enforcement, I have always tinkered on the side with construction and home projects, upgrading our house and helping friends with theirs. The construction industry is deeply rooted in my family's history, going back over 50 years. With their legacy as a foundation, I'm eager to build upon my construction and home improvement experience by offering you my handyman and construction services.
I am a licensed Residential Specialty Contractor, CCB#253970. My specialty is projects that are too large or complicated for most handymen and too small for a general contractor. While I can take on general handyman projects, my passion is the more complex and complicated projects or problems that need an expert solution.
At Sundsted Home Services, I understand the importance of maintaining and improving your home. I offer a wide range of services to tackle any project, including remodel & renovation. I am the owner and technician.
Whether you're looking to renovate your kitchen, update your bathroom, fix a rotten floor in a bathroom, patch some drywall, install a curtain rod, or hang a TV, I have the expertise to do the job right the first time. My experience spans across all aspects of home improvement and repair. I also partner with other trades for those jobs requiring electrical, plumbing, or large tile projects.
